Good Morning Football is moving!
NFL Network's Emmy-nominated show Good Morning Football moves to NFL Experience Times Square – the 40,000 square foot interactive football destination located in the heart of New York City – beginning Monday, May 14.
"We are thrilled to take Good Morning Football to Times Square, not only the best backdrop in the business but one of the most iconic places in the world," said Mark Quenzel, Senior Vice President of Programming and Production, NFL Media. "With an outstanding cast and crew, Good Morning Football is distinguishing itself in the ultra-competitive morning TV space and the opportunity to combine the show with NFL Experience Times Square – two properties that celebrate football and fans year-round – makes a lot of sense."
Hosted by Kay Adams, Nate Burleson, Peter Schrager and Kyle Brandt, Good Morning Football airs Monday-Friday at 7:00 AM ET on NFL Network. Produced by Embassy Row, Good Morning Football debuted on August 1, 2016, and had broadcast from CBS Studios in New York City prior to relocating to Times Square.
"At NFL Experience Times Square, we provide unique, one-of-a-kind activations for fans of all ages to engage with and deepen their relationship with the game," said Michael Williams, President of NFL Experience. "Our partnership with Good Morning Football is another incredible touch point we are proud to offer, every morning, from our location in Times Square."
Since its debut, Good Morning Football has consistently performed and delivered, with viewership growing during each portion of the NFL season since it premiered. During the 2017 NFL regular season, weekday premieres (7:00-10:00 AM Eastern) of Good Morning Football grew by +19% among P18-49 viewers, including a +46% increase within M18-34. Additionally, Good Morning Football premieres in 2017 outperformed 2016 during all 17 weeks of the NFL regular season in average overall viewership, and the show is currently outperforming last year's offseason averages by +16% among P18-49 and +21% overall this offseason to-date.
