The announcements were made by the NFL’s Executive Vice President of Media, Brian Rolapp, who was joined by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Jonathan Kraft, President of the New England Patriots and Co-Chairman of the NFL’s Digital Media Committee at an event at CenturyLink Field in Seattle to celebrate NFL Now and the kickoff to the regular season. “Adding new distribution and original content to NFL Now continues our mission to provide our fans with access to NFL video wherever and whenever they want,” said Rolapp. “Since launching in early August, we’ve been encouraged by the number of downloads of NFL Now and the overall consumption patterns. I’m looking forward to the regular season when this service should really shine and become required viewing for NFL fans around the world.”
