At 4:00 PM ET, NFL GameDay Scoreboard recaps the early action and at 7:30 PM ET, NFL GameDay Highlights recaps the entire afternoon.  At 11:30 PM ET, NFL GameDay Final provides complete analysis on the entire football Sunday.

National Football League and Twitter Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring NFL Content to Fans around the World

Uniquely packaged NFL content, including in-game highlights during NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football, part of weekly programming schedule on Twitter around 2013 NFL regular season and playoffs

The National Football League (NFL) and Twitter today announced a ground breaking partnership that will deliver NFL content to fans around the world, leveraging the reach of the fast-growing social platform. The partnership, which is part of Twitter’s Amplify program, will enable fans to engage with customized NFL video content, created specifically for the Twitter platform, on PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.  This deal represents the first time the NFL has partnered with a social platform and is the first step in a broader strategic collaboration around some of the most valuable content in the entertainment business.

NFL Games Two Most-Watched Shows of the Week

NFL GAMES TWO MOST-WATCHED SHOWS OF THE WEEK

Head-to-Head: Bears-Steelers on NBC Sunday Night Football
Tops Primetime Emmys

 Games Top Local Ratings in 29 of 30 NFL Markets

NFL telecasts ranked 1-2 in viewership among all television programs last week (Sept. 16 – 22) with the CBS national telecast (mostly Colts-49ers) topping the charts with 25.6 million average viewers, followed by Bears-Steelers on NBC’s Sunday Night Football drawing 20.5 million viewers.

In head-to-head competition, Sunday Night Football topped by nearly three million viewers the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards on CBS (17.8 million viewers).

Chiefs-Eagles on NFL Network kicked off Week 3 and registered as the highest-rated Thursday Night Football telecast in NFL Network history (6.0 HH rating) and Thursday’s most-watched program among all shows on broadcast and cable television with 9.4 million viewers.
