NFL labor site bids adieu..for at least 10 years
With today’s formal ratification by players of a new 10-year CBA, the time has come for NFLlabor.com to sign off. Beginning shortly in this space — and at web address www.NFL.com/communications — the new NFL Communications page will provide in one place all of the information produced by the NFL Communications department including game previews, injury reports, news and notes, television ratings and off-the-field initiatives.
Our accompanying @NFLlabor Twitter account will be reconstituted as @NFL345 (named for the future address of the NFL office at 345 Park Avenue in New York) and will serve as a news feed for the new NFL Communications site.
For those of you who still need your labor fix, have no fear. NFLlabor.com posts can be accessed on the new site via the monthly archives and the search box located atop the home page. Otherwise, after 600+ NFL labor posts we bid you adieu for the next decade and are excited to get back to football.
As Terrell Owens would say, “Get your popcorn ready!”
